Indoor Plants: Secrets and Virtues -part 2-
You can convert a large plant in a more manageable transplanting individual stems or shoots other pots. To this must be cut in such a way to let each of them the amount of chemicals needed to advance vital new growth. Simply look at leaving healthy roots and healthy to allow independence of each plant and adaptation to new environment.
Start pulling the plant out of its pot and extending over an area of work. Be sure to leave such a mix of soil around the roots as possible. Search groups stems that approach the desired plant size. Carefully set them aside with your fingers or use a knife or a trowel to divide. Examine each plant divided and discard any stems or leaves or badly damaged. Read the rest of this entry »
