Value of Home Sales

- Contact property agent
Nothing wrong with your contact real estate agents, because they may have customers who are in need of a house like you want to sell. Surely there is a commission that should you set aside from the value of home sales, which ranged between 2.5 – 5% depending on size of nominal sales.
- Provide a phone number that can easily be reached
Try not to let you easily contacted by a prospective buyer at any time. If indeed you do not provide full time, give additional information on them. For example: Call: 0321-6233363 (Hours 6-8 pm)
- Review Market Price
Perform a review of the market price on the house you are selling, by looking at the price of land and houses around the site. Put a reasonable price for both parties (seller and buyer) are not disappointed. Do not let your home unsold because it is too expensive, or otherwise you are actually ‘lose’ because it sells at a price far below market price.
How to paint a gate or door plate

When we have to paint a door or window sheet, we must take into account some things so the paint is firm for a long time and not have to suffer in the future seeing as puffed and peels. Most important is the preparation of the surface to be painted, although we take more time than we like, is the basis of the work we must do, and as any foundation, has to be good.
To start clean with a damp cloth with soap and water or bleach and water if the paint surface was covered entirely or partly and stain fungi. If fat, we can use turpentine. Allow to dry until it is suitable for sanding.
If the paint surface is badly damaged, passing a wire brush to remove loose parts. After sanding with fine sandpaper, leaving the smooth surface. In the case of putting dents in thin putty and then sanding.
Before painting, pass a brush to remove dust from the previous sanding. Never paint with hot plate, if given the strong sun, wait until cool, then yes, start painting. The parts that have rust, paint them with converter, let dry, then paint them with enamel.
